The TD-2 TapZap is ISA’s cost effective and easy-to-use method of keeping phone-tappers away from your home or small business. It will detect most existing methods of telephone attacks, including every method that affects the operating parameters of the telephone system.
The TapZap’s real time detection allows you to find the installation and operation of series Radio Frequency Transmitters and drop-in transmitting handset microphones. You can detect the presence and activation of infinity transmitters, keep–alive diodes, polarity reversal ring sensing attacks and the operation of recorder activators, as well as other less sophisticated attacks.
Automatic circuitry will identify microphonic ringers and alert you to modifications of the telephone that convert it into a room microphone; these telephone conversion exploits can send both telephone and room conversations down any wires in the phone line, whether or not the phone is in use.
